WHAT IS EVERYBOT?
The Robonauts' Everybot, with a final budget of $1500, is an affordable, robust, and simplistic robot intended to play the FIRST Robotics Competition challenge. Everybot can be built with nothing but basic tools and items found in either the kit of parts or purchased from your local hardware store or online FRC retailers.
02
WHO IS EVERYBOT FOR?
Whether you’re a passionate rookie team looking to get started, or an experienced veteran team looking for a competitive bot, we design the robot so that it can perform in the finals of a district event and even have the possibility to secure a spot on an alliance at champs. By providing the Everybot, we hope to level the FIRST playing field and increase the level of gameplay within the community.
03
WHY DID FRC TEAM 118 DECIDE TO START EVERYBOT?
118 saw a distinct lack of resources for rookie and lower resource teams and started the Everybot initiative to give teams a model robot to serve as inspiration. The Everybot is to serve as a guide by providing the basic resources so that all teams can build their own competitive and affordable robot.
04
HOW LONG HAS EVERYBOT EXISTED?
The Everybot initiative was started in 2014 with the goal of building a competitive robot for less than $1000 using nothing more than basic shop tools. From 2014-2017 the Everybot crew posted daily updates on their progress and what they learned throughout the build season. In 2018 the Everybot program was revamped and focused on building a simple, affordable, robust, and competitive robot in one week. This allows us to get the Everybot resources out to teams significantly faster.

WHO BUILDS THE EVERYBOT?
